For the last few months I have seen Andrew Bell’s Android vinyl toy dolled up by some mighty fine artists. I had not seen any up close yet. So I took the plunge and bought a case of 16 blanks so I could put my own spin on them. I have recently picked up Posca paint pens as a viable new method of drawing and painting with color. I especially like the way they blend and dry quickly! JoBot is the first Android toy that I’ve painted with this new medium. Look for some more in the near future!
